Not family friendly. The bath houses are not clean. I got stuck in there one night because the door swells and i couldn't open the door. We were then evicted because i made my son hit the door to get it open. They were rude and not understanding. We would not recommend it to anyone!

Clean, attentive management. Roads are not good but it's southern Louisiana, what are you to do?

Not impressed. Decent for workers coming in from out of town. Beautiful small one bedroom houses Quite pricey for houses but out of town keep them booked

Me and a few of the guys did a job around the area and pulled our rv's to this park. Many of us had problems with our rv's that originated from the rv parks electric hookup panel. A few guys lots had bad receptacles that caused arcing and burnt their power cord which you know isn't cheap to replace. Myself, arrived and plugged my rv in and everything worked fine, left for a week only to return and find all power off, freezer completely defrosted, stinking meat, milk exploded and flies everywhere. Traced the problem myself because the Mexican labor they send out to do electrical work for the park aren't the smartest and I myself went to electrical school. Turns out, their breaker AND receptacle were bad. Got it fixed only to find my new $300 microwave had burnt out because of the electricity blinking on and off from their loose receptacle. When we brought our concerns to the rv park (not even asking for compensation mind you) we were met with immediate accusations of how everything was our fault, how our new rv's were faulty, microwaves just randomly go out, and pretty much just given the middle finger. Whoever decides to start a business, I recommend you meet these people first and learn how NOT to treat people. I've stayed at much lower class rv parks and got much more respect. I guess money really does change people.

I didn't really go that far in but I was helping a friend move some stuff and I found it to be quite clean, neat, and quiet. The lots in the front are spacious and nice looking.
