TO THOSE WITH PETS... BEWARE. This is long, but people need to know that Carlos & his wife are horrible people.
To think these people call themselves Christians..
The appartment was badly in need of some tlc
I called about a business reference - 3 separate occasions. Left voicemails each time with no contact back with them. The last time I called before I gave up someone FINALLY answered. When I introduced myself and told her what I was calling for, the woman rudely says "ma'am I don't have time for this" and hangs up one." Just for that reason I would never do business with them. The woman who answered was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.
Carlos is a liar & his wife is very rude, bossy..just plain ugly to the bone.
My mother was then homeless in plaqumine, she had to quit her job that she just got hired into, took her half a year to finally get hired and she had to go right back home.
Love this place
This review was long, but I hope it helps those who took the time to read it & avoid going through this. According to the neighbors, we weren't the only ones they did this to.

My husband works on the refinery & we had been staying in an apartment there for almost 2 years. My mother got hired on & needed a place to stay (she has a dog). After calling multiple motels, rv campgrounds we couldn't find anywhere for her. They were either booked up, waay too expensive or they didn't allow pets. My mother did not have anyone to keep the dog for her so she had no choice but to bring him. Even though pets aren't allowed in our apartment my husband spoke with Carlos about the situation & asked if it would be ok for her to stay with us with the dog until something else came available. Carlos said it would be fine until she got on her feet & could find her own place. (So he knew the dog was there) he saw it in the apartment, he saw me walking it outside..never said a word. Then one day his wife saw me outside with the dog & came walking up with an attitude about NO PETS ALLOWED. I politely told her that my husband had spoke with Carlos & he had said it was ok for the dog to be there. I won't repeat the ugly things she said on here but she did call me a liar & proceeded to storm off to talk to Carlos & then came back saying that Carlos had denied it all & that my mother & the dog had to get out right away. Let me remind you (there was no where else for her to go). I called my husband & told him what was going on, he left work early to come talk to him & as soon as he got in he went straight to the office & confronted carlos. With his wife in there this so called Christian man called my husband a liar & said he was never told that a dog was with my mother...that's when I said: If my husband is a liar then why is it that you came in our apartment the other day to fix the toilet, you saw the dog yet you DID NOT SAY ANYTHING??
He got furious, slammed his fist into his desk & yelled that it was his rv park & he does what he wants! Then proceeded to tell us that if we didn't like it then we could go too!
