Wonderful facility, AMAZING staff, and never having to cross the bridge! Dr. Braden is a wonderful family doctor, who is very attentive to the needs of his patients. I never feel as if I am being rushed out of the door, due to being overbooked.

Nice place. Good to have an emergency facility and a state of the art medical complex near by. Very professional and friendly doctors and staff- they answer questions, will see you on short notice and will call you back. The place is laid out like the Starship Enterprise. Very impressed.

As a native of Plaquemine; I was so pleased to see that a medical facility and emergency department was opened for the residents. This is a wonderful facility and a Godsend to the people of Iberville Parish and surrounding areas that provides quality care without people having to drive all the way to Baton Rouge. Sometimes, it's an emergent medical condition that is in progress, having to travel all the way to Baton Rouge is a delay in care for the patient that could be life threatening. My sister brought our mother here today and the care she received was amazing. The nurse and doctor took the time to talk to me from my mother's room to keep me updated on what was going on, results, and we discussed her plan of care forward. All of this took place while I was working in the ED in another Ochsner facility in St. Charles Parish. As a healthcare professional, mere words can't begin to express how appreciative this made me feel to know that my mom was in not only good, but incredibly skilled and caring hands when I couldn't be there in person.Thank You Ochsner for bringing your presence, expertise, and caring heart to our local area!

Last month my brother was brought through there 2 times via ambulance. The second time my brother that was with him asked the ambulance driver to take him to BRG, the ambulance driver said they would be there seven hrs., thus he ended right back there. Just to be looked at and sent home, not once, twice.
My daughter was sick recently... like very sick. We live about 8 minutes away from this Oschner facility and it's located in Plaquemine. To schedule anything with these people, you have to call New Orleans. We called, they said the doctor wasn't seeing anyone new until February...FEBRUARY! That's 4 months away, my daughter is sick RIGHT NOW. Not to mention, everyone we talked to was so rude. I have went to this place before for physicals, check ups, etc; but they have lost my service and my family's service.

His chest never even had a stethoscope placed on it. When he was finally taken to BRG, he had double pneumonia, and was septic. The doctor at BRG worked like a Trojan to save my brother but it was to late, he died the night of March 8th, at the age of 53.
