They changed my oil and shortly after I noticed a leak..a small one but a leak. I had 13k miles on an 18 month only car! I waited 2 1/2 hours for service...the problem was an improperly installed oil filter! Did not give me paperwork, just a rude your car is ready! Really....OH! Yea! NO COFFEE, NO WATER! When I asked I was told they took it out, there is no coffee and if you want water... you have to buy it. I hate Supreme Chevy

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible service for an out of towner. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED. They will charge you premium service price but will not DO everything they state. They'll cut corners anyway they can. And when you call them on it they'll said "oh well we can do it now." (Words from the general manager himself). NO you should of done it when it was supposed to be done in the first place. Service lady, service Manager and general manager were all unprofessional. Not how we treat customers in Texas.

Over the wkend we had trouble with our Duramax shifting, the staff in the garage were awesome. Adam had my husband truck diagnosed and back on the road in hardly any time all. Thank you for your friendly, professional attitudes and speedy service. If we ever have trble again. This dealership will be our first stop definitely.
